Lab Policies

These policies describe how Arvind Pathlab maintains quality and reliability across sample collection, testing and reporting.

Sample collection

Samples are collected by trained phlebotomists using sterile, single-use consumables. Proper labelling and handling protocols are followed from collection to processing.

Quality assurance

We run internal quality controls and follow standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and reproducible results.

Turnaround time

Most routine tests are reported the same day. Specialised tests may take longer; the expected time is shared at booking.

Report delivery

Reports are delivered digitally and can also be shared via WhatsApp or email. Each report carries a unique ID for verification.
